Street Outreach

One of our more focused efforts are street outreach, as it is often a daily effort.

Meeting people where they are is an important part of connecting individuals to resources such as food, water, supplies and transportation.

We have served in abandoned properties, wooded areas, overpasses, backyards, sidewalks and vehicles in nearly every district, all over the Louisville metro area.

Over the years we have helped people get connected to sober living care, medical care, shelters, mental health care, harm reduction as well as many other resources that may be needed or wanted including family communication.

The most important part of “Street Outreach” is being present and willing to connect on any level necessary to save a life.
